Subrosa is a 70-page graphic novella that follows a year in the life of Rosie, a curious little girl who wants to learn the mysteries of the top-secret research facility in which she lives.
I wrote Subrosa in 2011, during my senior year of college, and it served as my honors thesis at Franklin College Switzerland. Oh, the things they let you do at tiny liberal arts schools!
I have a 12 page comic in an anthology called The Sleep of Reason that’s raising funds through Kickstarter right now. This book is a massive collection of brand new horror comics in the vein of Black Hole or Uzumaki, all done by some of the most interesting and talented cartoonists out there right now. I’m in good company. There are also some really awesome stretch goals and backer rewards that become available as we raise more funds, so check it out!
